WHEN PLAYING IT
SAFE GOES WRONG

I wasn’t always an entrepreneur. Growing up, I loved two things: law and art. Drastically different, I know! Ignorantly, I thought that I could build a successful and secure lifestyle if I pursued an industry that was deemed “safe”. So, I chose law over art. I was wrong.

THE SHIFT

Over 10 years of professional experience in addition to an advanced degree, gave me the opportunity to demonstrate my knowledge of administration, analytics, pubic management, and technology within various healthcare organizations. But, when I became a stay-at-home mom, the ambition in me set in and I decided to start my own virtual assistant business because administration was what I knew. But, it wasn’t what I loved. Being a creative was. So, I made a huge shift in my business and transitioned from solely catering to the administrative needs of business owners to incorporating their creative needs. My love for all things “creative” has given me the freedom to design and create unique content.

MEETS PURPOSE

So, I may have a Masters degree in Public Administration, but I am a self-taught designer and lover of all things creative! My academic and professional background gave me the skill to strategize, analyze and manage the administrative and technical aspects of business. However, my passion for aesthetic and individuality allows me to tap into my creativity to help small business owners establish a cohesive brand and digital presence.

It would be remiss of me not to acknowledge the skills that I have obtained academically and professionally, so when I talk about your brand being more than just visuals, I mean it.
